As in the last post, our daughter-in-law went for a liver transplant. It was successful and a few problems but all in all she came thru O.K. It was a 12 hour operation. We drove to Madison today to see her and to give our son a little break. D-I-L was resting. She would open her eyes on occasion then fall back to sleep. We think she recognized our voices. When we arrived we met her mother and sister in the parking area and her sister walked us to the room. Then she left to go home. They had been at the hospital since 6:00 a.m. The D-I-L will be in intensive care for about 3 days then not sure how long she will remain in the hospital. Our daughter stayed with our son at the hospital all night. He was very happy with the company.
Again on a lighter note. Excuse the errors in the last post and any in this one. Had a heck of a time getting to this area where you can type the news.
Yes, I had a beer when we got back home. It was another brew from the brewery in Salt Lake City. The brew is a very dark color. It is named BABA Black lager and the name fits. I probably mentioned in previous posts that I am not a shall we say a person who likes the lite beers or the dark beers. This beer was very dark but it had a great taste. I would buy this beer every now and then if it was available here. I hope to post a few pictures of some of the beers when things settle down around here.
That's all for now.
Very lucky 13 Not even going to proof read it-I did yesterdays and missed a lot.
